Fabulous – what great customer service! These are one of the items we are including in attendee boxes for a virtual industry meeting we are holding in June. We have another industry meeting in late summer and we’re looking to do attendee boxes for that meeting as well. We’ll definitely use you again!
I recently purchased 36 of the same item through Geek Tech Branding for use in a program in the college I work for. The item that I chose ended up being unavailable in time for when I needed it, due to shipping delays at the ports. Robert reached out to me immediately to let me know and offered me a different item, which worked even better than the product I originally chose. He worked quickly to ensure that I was taken care of. I had set a hard in hands date of 4/21/19, but tracking for my items shows they'll be here two days earlier than that. I could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be using Geek Tech Branding again in the future.

Geek Tech Branding was very helpful in assisting me with an order of laser pointers for the teachers at my school. They were quick to respond to emails and even followed up with me while I was waiting for approval to proceed with the purchase. In addition, I was originally told my proof would be available for approval within 24 hours but I received it the same day.

We placed our order around Thanksgiving and needed an impossibly quick turnaround on it. I was honestly shocked, they arrived two or three days after the holiday - a full week before we said we needed them by. They look beautiful and our logo was placed on them perfectly.
